Kio-o is a unique retreat and creativity centre nestled on a 125-acre property in the magnificent Laurentian mountains, in Sainte-Lucie-des-Laurentides, approximately 100 km from Montreal.
The property's peaceful atmosphere, private lake, and stunning views from the cliffs, mountains and forest hiking trails are exceptionally beautiful and inspire calm and profound relaxation in all who visit. The silence, pure mountain air and direct contact with nature are constant sources of inspiration.

Retreat Placement
This transformational weekend takes place at Kio-o, a peaceful setting surrounded by forests and lake.
Accommodation packages begin at $379.40 and the retreat fee is $450 when you register before October 15, 2025.
After that date, the regular retreat fee will be $525. Spaces are limited, and early registration is encouraged.
Our scholarship program offers a number of partial scholarships for this retreat. If you require financial assistance, please indicate this on the application form.
